Provide primary healthcare for those that can not travel to the office. We provide office based healthcare at 135 E Minnesota Ave Orange City, FL 32763 and also in home primary care services to residents of Volusia, Flagler, and the East part of Seminole County, Florida, for those patients that have difficulties getting out of their home. Visit independent homes with our Electronic Medical Record and a full office staff to assist in the care of the patients and your scheduling. You may need your own vehicle but you will get reimbursement for the mileage. We run a fully functional Primary Care Office in the patients home. Great Income potential, set your pace and patient load. Primary care service includes medication prescribing, wound care, chronic and acute disease management. Join our team to help those that really need the help and appreciate you. Go above and beyond a regular PCP office visit to provide exceptional care to those in need. Work independently as you have been trained as a Nurse Practioner.
